React Full-Stack Developer Pleno | Remote

Responsibilities and assignments

• Develop, maintain, and evolve applications using React, Next.js, NestJS, and other technologies in the Javascript/Typescript ecosystem;
• Support technical definitions and contribute to software architecture, aligning business and technology requirements;
• Support technical refinements with the team, contributing to the definition and implementation of solutions;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality and the delivery of demands;
• Support and propose solutions for technical impediments that may impact the progress of projects and sprints;
• Support code review and contribute to the dissemination of development best practices;
• Ensure best practices for implementation, testing, security, and performance throughout the software lifecycle.

Requirements and qualifications

• Clear communication, written and verbal, in a remote context;
• Advanced mastery of the Typescript/Javascript ecosystem, especially Next.js, React, Vite, Handlebars, NestJS, and related technologies;
• Knowledge of clean architecture;
• Experience with automated, unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing;
• Knowledge of relational databases, including modeling, optimization, and indexes;
• Experience with TypeORM and Prisma;
• Knowledge of containerization for local development and CI/CD environments;
• Mastery of Git, including GitFlow, Pull Requests (PRs), and Code Review;
• Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban;
• Technical English;
• Differential: knowledge of AI applied to software development, Spec Driven Development (SDD), and messaging (Kafka, Pub/Sub, and RabbitMQ);
• Differential: experience with CI/CD pipeline deployment using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools;
• Differential: notions of Cloud GCP environments, including Cloud Run.
