Bus Driver
Are you looking for a full-time, permanent Bus Driver role Where you’re treated as an individual, not just a number? In a bus company with a modern fleet? Paid breaks? Free on-site parking? Compass Travel is an independent bus operator with a friendly, down-to-earth team who recognise good work and have a genuine open-door policy. We’re smaller than many of the big operators which means our Drivers get to know the people they work with.
Whether you’re an experienced bus/coach driver looking for a change or you’re newer to the industry and looking to build your experience, we’d like to hear from you.

£15.80 per hour Monday to Saturday £19.00 per hour if you choose to work on Sundays or Bank Holidays (Worthing or Brighton)
What you’ll need:
- Valid Category D driving licence
- Valid Driver CPC card
- A reliable approach
- A professional, customer-focused attitude
- A strong commitment to safety
- The ability to commute to and from our depot
- The right to work in the UK
