You work practically in the floor and bar, and during some shifts, you are also independently responsible for the floor's operations. You will also take responsibility for LaBra's beverage product, especially wines and cocktails. You will get to develop the selection and bring your own expertise and vision to it. The Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in the restaurant’s daily operations. You will work hands-on in both the dining room and bar, and during some shifts you will independently oversee front-of-house operations.
