Your tasks

We are seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management, ensuring accurate records, efficient workflows, and compliance with company procedures.

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and transferring materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy and availability.
• Implement warehouse procedures and effective inventory control systems.
• Supervise the warehouse team and ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with supply chain, product sales, parts sales, finance, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure traceability.
• Prepare and analyze inventory reports and warehouse performance data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse procedures.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
