Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager M/F - Les Ulis (91) - CDI

Reporting to the DRH, you are responsible for the application of regulations, the métallurgie collective agreement, and company agreements, in order to ensure reliable and compliant management of payroll and personnel administration. You manage an administrative team of 3 people by coordinating their activities, setting objectives, and controlling the quality of results. You are also the primary contact for internal and external audits. You contribute to reporting for France and branches, and you develop the HR budget as well as the forecasting of workforce and labor costs, in compliance with group directives.
Your main missions include: . Manage and support the team in charge of payroll, personnel administration, and social management control . Organize the distribution of the workload, set objectives, and ensure skill development
- Consolidate workforce and labor costs during monthly closing for France and branches
- Develop the budget and forecast for workforce and labor costs for France and branches, in line with group orientations
- Produce social reporting and dashboards (payroll mass, workforce, etc.), for France and branches
- Ensure the application of regulatory changes and adapt tools and procedures accordingly
- Ensure the compliance of company practices with current labor legislation (social benefits, employee savings, variable pay, etc.)
- Manage and supervise relations with the external payroll provider, requests for evolution, and quality monitoring
- Manage relations with social organizations and public administrations
- Coordinate and control all data necessary for internal and external audits (CAC, Crédit Impôt Recherche, internal audit, actuary - social commitments)
- Control specific HR provisions (contract termination, litigation)
- Establish the CSE budget
- Participate in providence and mutual insurance commissions, and housing
- Conduct and manage projects related to change and integration into the group
- Manage actions related to the disability policy
Working arrangements:
- Full time
- Partial teleworking possible (up to 2 days per week)
- Occasional travel to be expected at a national level

With a degree from Bac+3 to Bac+5 in RH, payroll, social law or equivalent, with demonstrated payroll experience being imperative.
This position requires:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll, personnel administration, social management control, and team management
- Solid expertise in reporting and social management control
- Very good knowledge of labor law and social obligations
- Knowledge of payroll processes and associated accounting and financial aspects
- Excellent mastery of Excel and reporting tools; knowledge of SAP is appreciated
