AGENCY MANAGER - M/F

For our Tignes agency, we are recruiting an AGENCY MANAGER (F/M).

You will lead an established agency with approximately 10 people. You are responsible for the commercial, administrative, and financial performance of the agency, reporting directly to the Directeur Exploitation.

You will manage three direct reports: the Responsable Gestion Locative et Exploitation, a Gestionnaire Syndic, and a Négociateur Immobilier.

You will work in coordination with the Directeur Transaction and the Directeur Syndic, who manage the results of their respective activities.

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS:

• Operational management of the agency: Set and achieve commercial objectives (location, transaction, syndic) in agreement with management
• Rental management: Supervise the optimization of the rental portfolio (acquisition, quality, occupancy) and associated revenues via your Responsable Gestion Locative
• Transaction: Recruit and operationally lead a high-performing Négociateur Immobilier. Coordinate with the Directeur Transaction on transaction strategy and results
• Syndic: Coordinate condominium activity with the Directeur Syndic
• Team leadership: Recruit the missing Négociateur, supervise and motivate your direct reports, ensure cohesion and performance
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with group procedures and legal obligations

Profile sought:

You are familiar with the tourist environment of ski resorts through successful experiences in the fields of rental management, tourism, and hospitality.

Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, your qualities of listening, customer service, organization, and reactivity will allow you to succeed in this position.

A good level of English is required.
