Your tasks

_UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE POINTS DE VENTE MANAGER, YOU WILL CARRY OUT DIVERSIFIED MISSIONS IN ORDER TO SATISFY AND RETAIN DIRECT CUSTOMERS WITH THE COMMON SALES OBJECTIVE: THE DEVELOPMENT OF SAP REVENUE. _

IN THIS CAPACITY, WE OFFER YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Anticipate, manage, and optimize sales flows at your counter to guarantee fluidity and quality of welcome.
• Provide customers with the necessary information (regarding the point of sale and your counter).
• Ensure the daily cleanliness, organization, and proper upkeep of your sales area and its surroundings.
• Identify and understand the different customer profiles of the station, the site, and the market.
• Analyze customer needs through an adapted and personalized questioning phase.
• Apply the pricing policy, commercial objectives, as well as agreements negotiated with professional clientele.
• Sell the right product, to the right customer, at the right price, and master sales methods and techniques.
• Record sales in accordance with established offers and procedures.
• Perform cash collection operations in compliance with internal procedures.
• Verify the validity of supporting documents required for the application of reduced rates or the issuance of free products.
• Deliver products as well as orders destined for professional clientele.
• Close the sale with the customer.
• Issue passes ordered on the online sales site.
• Manage difficult situations, find, and adapt solutions when facing these situations.
• Transmit reliable and relevant information concerning customers, products, services, and any malfunctions encountered.
• Communicate in a transparent, constructive, and effective manner with your hierarchy and team members.
• Promote the image of the company and the Paradiski ski area to customers.
• Adopt an exemplary attitude in your professional behavior and ensure the proper use, maintenance, and upkeep of your work tools (cash register, equipment, and various materials).

Requirements

YOU:

• Like to welcome, advise, and assist customers with professionalism.
• Are reactive, adaptable, and capable of managing unforeseen events with calmness.
• Demonstrate reliability, rigor, and a true sense of service.
• HAVE A B2 LEVEL IN ENGLISH, WITH TEST OR CERTIFICATION AS PROOF
• Know cash register management (is a plus).
• Master office and IT tools.
• Know the ski area.
• Know and master the 5 steps of the sale.
