Why do we need you? As part of strengthening its organization, the site is opening a strategic position for a Supply Chain Manager, with a seat on the CODIR.
The objective: to structure and drive the global performance of the Supply Chain in a demanding industrial environment, by securing flows, stocks, and customer satisfaction.
Contract type: cadre Geographic area / location: Saint-Jean-d'Illac (33127) Remuneration: 50 - 55 K€ Your mission: Drive the site's Supply Chain from end to end, guarantee the performance of flows and stocks, manage teams, and contribute to the industrial strategy as a member of the CODIR.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Management
- Define and deploy the site's Supply Chain strategy
- Drive key indicators (service level, stocks, logistics costs)
- Anticipate risks of shortages, overstocks, and obsolescence
Procurement and Stock Management
- Supervise procurement in connection with production
- Optimize stock levels according to industrial constraints
- Guarantee data reliability in the ERP
- Ensure the reliability and valuation of inventories
Logistics Flow Management
- Organize and supervise inbound and outbound flows
- Guarantee traceability and compliance with customer commitments
- Optimize logistics schemes and associated costs
Import / Export Management
- Guarantee regulatory compliance
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders and customs authorities
- Secure international flows
Management and Coordination
- Supervise a team of 2 direct reports and 2 indirect reports
- Define objectives and drive collective performance
- Develop skills and cross-functionality
Continuous Improvement and Reporting
- Lead flow optimization and digitalization projects
- Ensure regular reporting to Management
- Act as a proactive proposer within the CODIR

Industrial Supply Chain expertise: mastery of flows, procurement, and stock management in a demanding industrial environment Performance management: use and management of key indicators (service level, stock rotation, stock value, logistics costs) Team management: proven experience in supervising teams (e.g., direct and indirect management) Mastery of industrial ERPs (type SAP, QAD or equivalent): reliability and consistency between physical flows and information systems Knowledge of international logistics regulations: incoterms, customs, international transport Ability to structure and stabilize a Supply Chain organization in a changing environment Education: Bac +4/5 in Supply Chain, logistics, purchasing, or industrial management 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial Supply Chain Fluent English
