Why do we need you? 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (CDD) - La Défense
Within the South Europe, Middle East & Africa Legal Department, you will support our industrial activities in France on all matters related to business law.
Your role is central: you advise operational teams and management in their daily decisions, secure strategic projects, and contribute to the development of the Group's activities in a constantly evolving environment.
You will work on varied issues that allow you to be at the heart of the business and industrial challenges.
What you will do on a daily basis As a true partner to the operational teams, you will support them in their projects and advise them on matters related to contract law and business law.
You will take charge of the drafting, negotiation, and validation of various types of contracts: confidentiality agreements, commercial contracts, equipment purchases, co-development, licenses, or even SaaS contracts.
You will also intervene in corporate law operations for the different entities within the scope: approval of accounts, amendments to articles of association, capital operations, restructurings, or transfers of securities.
In connection with the Group's law firms, you will participate in the management of pre-litigation and litigation and support teams in finding pragmatic solutions.
Furthermore, you will contribute to compliance matters and participate in the deployment of Group procedures regarding competition, anti-corruption, and trade compliance.
Finally, you will share your expertise with the teams by leading awareness and training actions on key legal issues.
Is this position right for you? You hold a Master 2 in Business Law and have at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, acquired in a company or a law firm.
You are proficient in legal English, both written and spoken.
You are recognized for your autonomy, your rigor, and your ability to manage varied subjects in a demanding environment.
Solution-oriented, you enjoy working closely with operational teams and know how to adapt your communication to interlocutors of different levels.
