QEHS Coordinator (M/F)

Why do we need you? Within a team of 3 people, your main missions will be the following:

Handle customer claims in the event of transport damage on a European scale in connection with the carrier, the operations department and, if necessary, an expert and the insurer, in order to ensure the fastest possible resolution

Maintain the integrated management system (ISO 9001-14001-45001) and constantly adapt it to support the evolution of the business

Participate in document management (creation and updating of internal documents)

Support and monitor suppliers (driver audit, carrier audit, monitoring of QSE indicators)

Drive and monitor QSE action plans

Ensure regulatory compliance regarding QEHS

Manage external companies regarding EHS (prevention plan, work permit.) Is this position right for you? Profile sought

Master's degree (Bac +5), ideally in a QEHS field Knowledge of ISO 9001-14001-45001 standards A first experience in the transport sector would be a plus. Ability to communicate in English (written/oral) Proficiency in the Office pack
