Why do we need you? Role Within the Marketing & Development Department of Saint-Gobain, you will join the Product Market Construction Chemicals team (tile adhesives, tile grouts, facades, floors, etc.).

The apprentice's role will be to work alongside the Global Market Managers to contribute to the development and implementation of marketing actions, data analysis, and communication campaigns intended to support the product portfolio. You will also collaborate with the Market Intelligence team to conduct market studies.

Missions Business Intelligence & Data Analysis Consolidate and visualize data from different regions of the world using Excel, Power BI, and tools integrating artificial intelligence. Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and formulate recommendations to the Global Market Managers. Participate in market sizing studies, market share estimation, competitive benchmarking, and strategic analyses. Marketing & Portfolio Management Contribute to the development of global category strategies for tile adhesives, tile grouts, facade solutions, floor coverings, and potentially other business lines. Drive product portfolio benchmarking activities against key competitors. Participate in the development of sustainable offerings, including decarbonization initiatives, packaging optimization, and sustainability communication. Collaborate with R&D, Purchasing, Market Intelligence, Communication, and regional Marketing teams. Communication & Digital Marketing Modernize and rethink global training and marketing materials, including onboarding programs, product presentations, and e-learning modules. Create impactful visual content and presentations based on modern storytelling principles. Participate in global communication campaigns and product launches. Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop communication tools. Community Engagement & Project Management Engage global communities and foster knowledge sharing between different regions. Coordinate certain international projects and track associated action plans. Participate in the organization of international meetings, workshops, and events.

Languages Fluent English is essential (daily use in both writing and speaking). Proficiency in French is appreciated. Technical Skills Good mastery of the Office Pack: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
