Design and support workstation-oriented solutions Automate administration tasks Contribute to the operation of PC and collaboration service lines Integrate third-party vendor solutions Take charge of the PC master for France Administer workstations with Microsoft technologies (CMCB, PowerShell, GPO, etc.) Administer and support Microsoft on Prem solutions (AD, office, .) and online (intra ID)

Missions

Manage the PC Master made available to local technicians Manage software and driver updates integrated into the master Create and update workstation profiles Management of kiosk-type PC solutions Work with the software deployment team Work with the packaging team Automate recurring tasks using PowerShell scripts Deploy scripts with Microsoft tools (CMCB) Support "in-house" tools (infra agence, adtool, auto-logon, Kiosk, Carrousel etc.) Support Microsoft 365 solutions Provide technical reports Create and update Decision Support Reports (power BI) Provide support to N1 and N2 teams Write technical procedures for N1 and N2 support Contribute to integration projects for ITS France Integrate security constraints provided by the CyberSOC Handle complex requests in Service now and by email Manage recurring tasks (MCO) Report malfunctions and needs to central teams Is this position right for you?
