Full Time: 03:00-11:00AM

*About the Role*

We are seeking a reliable, highly skilled Forklift Operator to join our local LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) operation. This position offers a starting wage of *$28.70 per hour. *After a probationary period of 3 months hourly wage increases to 30.20/hour and extended benefits will be available.

*Key Responsibilities*

• *Load and unload LTL trailers* and straight trucks efficiently to meet tight morning dispatch deadlines.
• *Operate material handling equipment* (sit-down forklifts, electric pallet jacks) to maneuver heavy, oversized, or fragile commercial cargo.
• *Inspect and document* incoming shipments for damages, shortages, or overages.
• *Other Duties *as required by management

*Requirements & Qualifications*

• *Forklift Experience: *Minimum of 6 months forklift experience required.
• *LTL/Freight Experience:* Cross-dock or freight terminal experience is strongly preferred.
• *Physical Capability:* Ability to safely and repeatedly lift up to *50 lbs* and work comfortably on an open dock.
• *Reliability:* Strict punctuality is vital to meet our *3:00 AM* start time.
