Your tasks
Commune Lifestyle Pte Ltd seeks an enthusiastic Sales Associates / Sales Designer to deliver exceptional customer service and guide customers in selecting furniture that fits their needs and style in a dynamic retail environment.
- Greet and welcome customers to ensure a positive and engaging in-store experience
- Assess customer requirements to recommend suitable furniture solutions that meet their needs and style preferences
- Provide knowledgeable advice on product features, benefits, and styling to support informed customer decisions
- Assist customers with product demonstrations and visualizations to help them envision furniture in their living spaces
- Process sales transactions accurately and deliver excellent post-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing showroom environment to attract and retain customers
- Collaborate with the design team to stay informed about new product launches and current design trends
Requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in furniture or home furnishings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with customers
- Passion for design, interior styling, and attention to detail to enhance customer engagement
- Solid product knowledge with the ability to provide informed and tailored recommendations
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and design software to support sales and visualization tasks
- Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude to foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays to meet retail operational needs
