Your Tasks

• You develop and expand new as well as existing customer relationships and deal with exciting future topics surrounding Modern Work, Security Workplace, and the Data Stack with a Microsoft focus
• Your target group consists of customers from upper mid-sized companies as well as well-known large enterprises
• You proactively develop up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with our customers
• Through needs analyses and targeted consulting, you introduce our service portfolio and present suitable services, solutions, and products.
• You actively expand your network and maintain valuable customer and partner contacts
• You ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining reliable and competent partnerships at eye level
• By participating in conferences and events, you contribute actively to acquiring new prospects

Your Profile

• You are at home in the ICT world and always have something exciting to contribute regarding current IT topics!
• Microsoft 365, Copilot, ME3/ME5, CSP business, and their meaningful application possibilities are well known to you, and you want to implement them for customers
• The foundation is also there: You have a completed degree related to computer science, business informatics, or comparable training in your pocket
• With at least 3 years of professional experience, you are a natural talent in the area of sales and customer support for consulting, service, or project services in the IT industry, corporate communications, or various specialist departments (ideally in topics such as New Work, Modern Intranet, digitalization, and collaboration)
• You enjoy engaging in exchange with your customers and forging new plans together with them as well as your Communardo colleagues
• Through your strong communication and argumentation skills as well as your high service orientation, you are the "number one contact person" for our customers
• An independent, goal-oriented, and reliable way of working, as well as commitment and assertiveness, characterize you
• You feel very confident during presentations, contract negotiations, or coordination in English
