Job Description:

Assist in preparing a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked items

Follow recipes precisely and uphold consistency in taste and texture

Contribute creative ideas to seasonal and signature pastry menus

Prepare ingredients: mix, shape, bake, and finish to perfection

Prepare pastries with flair and attention to detail

Keep your workstation clean, organised, and food-safe

Help with inventory checks and reduce wastage through smart prep

Support the team during peak period and orders fulfiment

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a pastry intern or basic baking skills from culinary school

Solid foundation in dough-making, shaping, and dessert decoration

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen and still smile through it

Great attention to detail and a love for crafting beautiful, delicious food

Team player with good communication and a learning mindset

Willing to work rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays
