Field Technician

Key Responsibilities: Go on  site visits  to collect data, deploy, test, and support IoT hardware in real environments. Handle  firmware programming and updates  for devices — including testing new releases and debugging issues. Diagnose and repair  faulty or returned units  — figure out what went wrong and make it right. Run  QC checks  before shipping — every device that leaves our lab should be rock-solid. Take care of  hardware shipping and logistics  — packing, labeling, and trackingdevices heading to customers. Collaborate with the product and software teams to share field insights and improve reliability. Only Singaporeans and Singapore permanent resident may apply Full Training Provided , hands on provided. Class 3 , Driving licence is an advantage
