Join the power movement as Senior Manager, Finance Systems & Data Governance We are seeking a highly analytical and hands-on Finance Systems & Data Governance Lead to build and scale our finance systems infrastructure in support of rapid growth. Reporting to the VP FP&A, this individual will serve as the lead for financial systems, master data governance, planning applications, and process optimization initiatives. This role will play a critical role in evaluating, implementing, and optimizing next-generation ERP and financial planning platforms while establishing scalable governance, controls, and reporting capabilities across the organization. The role will set standards and best practices and represent finance systems in enterprise planning and transformation decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong finance acumen with systems expertise and thrives in high-growth environments undergoing transformation.
What you'll do: Finance Systems Ownership
Serve as primary finance administrator and subject matter expert for financial planning, reporting, and ERP systems
In collaboration with IT, manage day-to-day support, user administration, security access, and maintenance of finance applications
Oversee integrations and data flows between ERP, planning, HRIS, CRM, and reporting platforms
Partner with Accounting, FP&A, IT, and business stakeholders to identify system enhancement opportunities and drive adoption
Master Data Governance & Data Quality
Establish and lead enterprise-wide finance master data governance processes, including ownership, change controls, approval workflows, and audit trails
Drive remediation and standardization of key master data domains including chart of accounts, cost centers, departments, entities, products, projects, customers, and vendors
Develop policies, controls, and monitoring processes to ensure ongoing data integrity across systems
Act as steward of financial data quality, ensuring consistency across planning, reporting, and transactional systems
ERP & Planning System Transformation
Partner with finance and IT leadership to evaluate, select, and implement scalable ERP and planning solutions
Lead finance workstreams for ERP, EPM, and reporting system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
Document future-state business processes and translate finance requirements into system configurations
Coordinate internal stakeholders and external implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery
Drive testing, user acceptance, training, and change management activities
Financial Planning & Reporting Enablement
Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting processes through system administration and continuous improvement
Maintain and enhance financial reporting capabilities, dashboards, and analytical tools
Manage planning system data loads, reconciliations, and validation processes
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of planning and reporting data
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes and reduce manual work through automation and improved system design
Develop scalable controls, documentation, and governance processes
Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and system operating procedures
Support finance transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, transparency, and decision-making
What we’re looking for: 7+ years of experience in Finance Systems, FP&A, Financial Operations, Business Systems, or Finance Transformation roles
5+ years of experience l eading a group that includes individual contributors and sometimes first-line managers
Experience administering ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Experience administering and implementing planning tools (Anaplan, Pigment, Oracle Cloud EPM or similar)
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through influence, driving alignment and adoption
Experience establishing master data governance frameworks and improving data quality
Strong understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial close processes
Proven project management experience leading cross-functional systems initiatives

ERP implementation experience from selection through deployment
Experience with SOX readiness
Must-have Requirements: Perform activities such as typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time
Willingness to travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call occasionally
Work in a facility that contains industrial hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenics
