Junior Barista (Jimbaran, Bali)

About the Role We are looking for a passionate and skilled Junior Barista to join our team in ST.ALi Bali If you love coffee, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Craft Quality Drinks: Prepare and serve beverages (espresso-based, manual brew, and non-coffee) according to our standard recipes.
• Maintain Consistency: Keep the taste, presentation, and quality of every drink top-notch.
• Calibrate & Care for Equipment: Perform regular calibration for the espresso machine and grinder, and ensure all gear is properly maintained.
• Deliver Great Service: Welcome customers warmly, explain the menu, and offer friendly drink recommendations.
• Bar Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area at all times.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels (coffee beans, milk, syrups, etc.) and assist with light stock takes.
• Teamwork: Work closely with the team to keep outlet operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista (Fresh graduates with solid basic skills are welcome to apply!).
• Skills: Good understanding of coffee basics (espresso extraction, milk frothing, latte art, and manual brewing).
• Customer Focus: Great communication skills, friendly attitude, and a strong customer-service mindset.
• Professionalism: Neat appearance, disciplined, honest, and reliable.
• Adaptability: Able to work well in a team and handle busy rush hours calm under pressure.
• Flexibility: Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
