Commissionaires is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee security operations at Interpro Pipe & Steel manufacturing facilities. This leadership position is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of security services, supervising security personnel, maintaining compliance with site-specific procedures, and supporting the client's operational and security objectives. The Security Supervisor serves as the primary on-site security leader and liaison between Commissionaires, Interpro Pipe & Steel management, and security personnel. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have lived in Canada for 5 years. This is for enhanced reliability security screening requirements.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong report-writing and investigative skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computer-based security systems.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Complete a Criminal Record Check and reference background check.
• Legally able to work in Saskatchewan.
• Successful completion of the Ministry of Corrections and Policing forty (40) hour Private Investigators and Security Guard course**.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supervising contract security personnel.
• Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV platforms, and electronic patrol systems.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Occupational Health & Safety training.
• Incident Command System (ICS) or emergency management training.
• Preference may be provided to applicants with military or policing background.
