The Company:

KENSTONE Real Estate Valuers is a subsidiary of the Commerzbank Gruppe and is responsible within Commerzbank AG for the compliant valuation of real estate serving as loan collateral. Our core business is the determination of market and mortgage values as an essential basis for credit-related decisions, alongside fulfilling regulatory requirements regarding the value stability of the clients' loan collateral. Valuations are carried out nationwide from our 8 locations in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Leipzig, München, Münster, and Stuttgart for all real estate segments across all value ranges. The appraisers at KENSTONE Real Estate Valuers are generally certified by HypZert (generally "F" and "M") according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024.

Task:

• As a Team Leader and Regional Manager, you are responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership and organization of the Regional Office
• You coordinate and are responsible for order processing, manage capacities, and ensure the professional development of appraisers and the training of new employees
• You are responsible for the technical management and quality assurance of cooperating experts or their appraisal reports
• You prepare mortgage and market value appraisals, expert consulting services, and real estate ratings, and process value determinations within the upper competence range
• You are the regional main contact person for the management, Commerzbank AG, and other business partners, and report directly to the management

Profile:

• University degree (e.g., Architecture/Civil Engineering/Surveying) or comparable qualifications
• Certification according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024 (e.g., HypZert) Real Estate Appraiser for market and mortgage value determination
• Additional qualifications such as Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), Master Real Estate (MRE), Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), or public procurement and swearing-in (öffentliche Bestellung und Vereidigung) are desirable
• Strong knowledge of the regional land market and in-depth knowledge of land law
• Good knowledge of the systematics of the property developer business and recognition of business management contexts
• Strong knowledge in the valuation of commercial properties as well as knowledge of various market cycles and their impact on valuation
• Leadership experience desirable
• Advanced English skills in speaking and writing
