SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT DIVISION of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII.
Major duties
- You will perform and oversee advanced financial management analysis supporting all phases of budget formulation, justification, execution and strategic financial operations for organizational programs and activities.
- You will conduct and direct complex financial and program analysis to evaluate cost, benefit, risk, and alternative methods that are of central importance to the organization and form the basis for new financial policies.
- You will apply and direct advanced accounting, internal control, and financial reporting principles to ensure the accuracy, reliability and integrity of organizational enterprise financial systems information.
- You will plan and organize the work of subordinate personnel to ensure timely and efficient completion of both priority and routine assignments.
- You will provide technical and administrative guidance, oversight and instruction necessary to support individual and team to successfully complete assigned duties.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: -Experience planning, developing, managing or directing an integrated financial management system. -Experience planning, developing and/or modifying financial policies. -Experience preparing the accounting reports of an organization. -Experience providing advice concerning the accounting and fiscal audits of an organization. **NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position.
