Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ensuring proper customer service via telephone, email and in person and compliance with appropriate mandates of the Unaccompanied Housing Program rules and regulations; 2) Receiving and processing complaints and related investigations concerning residents; 3) Performing check-in and check-out room inspections and providing direct assistance to the Complex Manager and Site Director by monitoring assigned areas daily; 4) Scheduling and coordinating the maintenance and repair of housing units and conducting follow-up inspections to verify that discrepancies are corrected.
