FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Major duties
- You will develop and implement financial management plans, procedures, and programs to facilitate the effective, efficient, and timely application of financial resources to facilitate accomplishment of the organization's mission.
- You will recommend the adoption or implementation of, and implements new and revised financial management concepts, procedures, and strategies in support of the organization's programs.
- You will direct and/or performs program execution reviews, analyses, and appraisals of the various major operating and support programs within the organization and with external stakeholders.
- You will conduct research for the development of top-level budget summaries during each budget cycle outlining major changes and tracking current and future capabilities.
- You will develop format and content to provide managers with a number of listings, reports, and data relative to status of funds and obligations.
- You will review and oversee the financial integrity, timeliness, and accuracy of information contained in accounting, budget execution, and financial management reports.
- You will conduct evaluation and analysis of financial-related issues elevated by audit reports, budget reviews, etc.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band NH-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Directing financial management by overseeing budget planning, execution, and/or spend plan analysis for organizational programs (e.g. N-ERP, PBIS, and COBRA) to manage and report on program funding.
