Caregiver Training Facilitator

ComfortHands Care Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Caregiver Training Facilitator to support the development of our caregiver training programmes at ComfortHands Academy in Accra, Ghana.

Our mission is to develop competent, compassionate, and professional caregivers who can deliver quality care to older adults and individuals who need assistance with daily living.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate practical and theoretical caregiver training sessions.
• Train learners in personal care, hygiene, safe patient handling, mobility assistance, infection prevention, and elderly care.
• Demonstrate professional caregiving standards, ethics, and communication.
• Support practical assessments and help prepare learners for real-world caregiving responsibilities.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications or substantial practical experience in caregiving, nursing, gerontology, or a related healthcare field.
• Strong communication, teaching, and practical demonstration skills.
• A genuine commitment to developing competent and compassionate caregivers.
• Experience in vocational training or caregiver education is an advantage.
• CTVET accreditation or eligibility to serve as a facilitator under the applicable requirements is highly desirable.
