We are seeking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a hospitality environment. This role is essential in maintaining the overall appearance and hygiene of our facilities, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies as needed.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment to maintain a pristine environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
- Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is desirable.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
