Maintenance Manager

Develop and implement preventive and periodic maintenance plans for all machinery and equipment.

Supervise electrical, mechanical, and emergency maintenance activities.

Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Monitor equipment and production line performance and minimize unplanned downtime.

Develop maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.

Lead, supervise, and allocate tasks to maintenance engineers and technicians.

Oversee industrial electrical systems, control panels, motors, sensors, and control systems.

Coordinate with the Production Department to schedule maintenance activities without affecting production plans.

Identify spare parts and technical material requirements and ensure their availability.

Review purchase requests for spare parts, tools, and maintenance equipment.

Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and external maintenance service providers.

Supervise the installation, commissioning, and start-up of new machinery and equipment.

Prepare periodic maintenance reports covering breakdowns, downtime, maintenance activities, and costs.

Monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, breakdown rate, and equipment availability.

Improve equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance and energy costs.

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements during all maintenance activities.

Train, develop, and evaluate the maintenance team.

Prepare the annual maintenance budget and monitor departmental expenditures.

Participate in equipment upgrading, modification, and production-line improvement projects.

Perform any other duties related to the position as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in maintenance, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Previous experience in a maintenance supervisory or managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, automation, and PLC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP/Maintenance Management Systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
