Administrative Manager
Develop and implement administrative plans, policies, and procedures.
Supervise and monitor daily administrative operations and services.
Manage security, cleaning, hospitality, transportation, and general services.
Supervise company facilities, offices, and premises and ensure their proper condition.
Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Manage and monitor contracts with security, cleaning, maintenance, and other service providers.
Coordinate administrative purchasing and office requirements with the Procurement Department.
Monitor the inventory of office supplies and administrative materials.
Supervise company transportation and vehicle-related administrative activities, when applicable.
Follow up on licenses, permits, and administrative dealings with governmental authorities.
Ensure compliance with company administrative policies, procedures, and regulations.
Coordinate attendance and employee-related administrative services with the HR Department.
Supervise, guide, and evaluate administrative staff.
Identify administrative manpower, service, and operational requirements and submit recommendations to management.
Monitor administrative expenses and implement cost-control measures.
Prepare periodic administrative reports for senior management.
Handle administrative problems and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Maintenance, Security, and other departments.
Support emergency preparedness, safety, and business continuity plans.
Perform any other duties assigned by senior management within the scope of the position.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 7–10 years of experience in administration and administrative services, preferably with previous supervisory or managerial experience.
- Good command of Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in industrial or multi-department companies is preferred.
- Good knowledge of relevant administrative regulations and procedures.
