BIM Coordinator

Komba is looking for a talented and experienced BIM Coordinator to lead and coordinate complex engineering models. The role includes end-to-end responsibility for building 3D models, performing systems coordination, producing detailed working drawings, and continuous work with design and field execution teams.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Model Construction and Management: Planning, modeling, and drafting of complex systems in 3D models in accordance with technical specifications and requirements.
• Systems Coordination: Identification, analysis, and resolution of clashes between different disciplines (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sprinklers, construction, and structure).
• Interface Management: Participation in and leading of coordination meetings with consultants, project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

Software Proficiency (Mandatory)

• Revit – Very high level of proficiency (modeling, drafting, creating families, and sheet production).
• Navisworks – Excellent proficiency in model management, performing Clash Detection, and producing clash reports.
• AutoCAD – Full proficiency in 2D.

Very high level of English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking):

• Fluent work with software and technical specifications in English.
• Professional communication with international entities and clients/suppliers as needed.
