Design Engineer (m/f)

Your responsibilities: Designing machines, devices, and components for various industrial sectors;

Designing utility vehicles;

Preparing concepts, creating new products, and modifying and optimizing existing solutions;

Preparing technical documentation;

Participating in meetings with clients to discuss the scope and requirements of the project.

Our requirements: Higher technical education in mechanical engineering or a related field;

Min. 2 years of experience in mechanical design;

Very good knowledge of CAD software, knowledge of CREO Parametric / Autodesk Inventor / CATIA is welcome;

English language proficiency allowing for free communication;

Analytical thinking skills;

Independence and responsibility for the work performed;

Creativity and problem-solving skills.

During the first interview with Marta Rot from HR, you will be able to learn more about the company, and Marta will ask you about your professional experience and expectations. In the next stage, you will receive an invitation to a meeting with the group manager, either in our office or online. The manager will talk about the tasks in the position. At this stage, we will want to verify the knowledge and skills necessary to perform the role you have chosen. This will also be an opportunity to get to know each other.

In the recruitment process, we will discuss the proposed salary and terms of employment, in accordance with legal regulations, providing space to agree on details together with the candidate.
