SAP Logistician (M/F)

We are looking for an SAP Logistician to manage and optimize all production, reception, and shipping flows within a satellite industrial site. Acting as a true conductor, you will guarantee consistency between physical flows and information flows, while ensuring a high level of quality requirements.

Scheduling Activities:

• Prepare, prioritize, and launch manufacturing orders.
• Adapt the schedule to short-term constraints (production workshop, supplies).

• Update the short-term schedule and ensure the follow-up of Manufacturing Orders.
• Manage impacts related to technical modifications.

• Guarantee consistency between physical flows and information flows.

Product Incoming Control:

• Verify the documentary and technical compliance of incoming products.
• Perform physical inspection according to definition and production files.

• Perform advanced inspections using visual means (photos, magnifying glasses, etc.).
• Decide on product acceptability and handle non-conformities.

• Ensure labeling, archiving, and put-away in stock.
• Write and configure reception reports.

• Configure reception documents in internal tools.
• Apply procedures to guarantee traceability and archiving.

Logistics Activities:

• Ensure the administrative and physical reception of goods.
• Manage storage: handling, SAP movements, inventories.

• Supply the lines (kits or continuous flow).
• Ensure handling and storage of manufactured products.

• Prepare shipments: documentation, packaging, transport.
• Compliance and traceability (incoming control & documentation)

• Skills, certifications, and mandatory authorizations.
• Reliability of management and information flows (Scheduling & Logistics)

• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in the SAP system (ERP / logistics / traceability)

Desired Training: BAC-Pro- BTS / DUT Management and Logistics or BTS Industrialization of Mechanical Products

Minimum Experience: 3 years
