OPERATIONS MANAGER

Oversees day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, quality and cost control while aligning operational activities with organizational goals.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with strong leadership and problem solving skills, process improvement and analytical abilities and excellent communication and coordination skills. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the automotive industry or a related sector Demonstrated track record of successfully leading high-performing teams and driving operational excellence Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and capitalize on market opportunities Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and engage with stakeholders at all levels Passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
