AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES MANAGER

Oversees aftersales service operations, ensures customer satisfaction, develops service and parts support, and maintains high standards of service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with experience in automotive aftersales, service operations, or parts management. Strong leadership, customer service, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with knowledge of automotive service processes and a results-oriented mindset. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the automotive industry or a related sector Demonstrated track record of successfully leading high-performing teams and driving operational excellence Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and capitalize on market opportunities Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and engage with stakeholders at all levels Passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
