The successful candidate will take ownership of operating and maintaining our flatline finishing equipment, ensuring production runs efficiently while meeting our standards for quality, consistency, and productivity.
Requirements
Looking for an experienced finishing flatline operator who can contribute in all aspects of running the machine.
This is a hands-on position for an experienced finishing professional who understands automated spray finishing equipment, coating applications, and the importance of producing consistent, high-quality finishes.

- Experience operating technical finishing equipment
- Cabinet Finishing
- Experience with both paint and stain
- Sanding/finishing prep
