Your tasks

📢 An important financial entity is looking for a Transaction Services Senior Supervisor, a professional with an analytical vision, team leadership skills, and experience in banking operations, foreign trade, and transactional services management.

🚀 Main responsibilities 📌 Provide support to the Treasury and Commercial Services areas.

📌 Manage the opening and modification of Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC).

📌 Supervise payment processes, operational exceptions, and client requirements.

📌 Lead the daily flow of transactional services operations.

📌 Analyze and resolve complex situations related to commercial and financial operations.

📌 Ensure compliance with control, audit, and risk management policies.

📌 Evaluate team performance and support development, selection, and talent management processes.

📌 Drive continuous improvement initiatives, operational efficiency, and process optimization.

📌 Participate in the development of new methodologies and best practices for the commercial operations lifecycle.

📌 Present analysis, results, and management indicators to the operation.

Requirements

🎯 What will your mission be? To lead and supervise the transactional services operation, guaranteeing operational efficiency, compliance with internal controls, risk mitigation, and excellence in service for internal and external clients.

👤 Profile we are looking for ✅ University professional in administrative, financial, economic, international business areas, or related careers.

✅ Advanced English level (indispensable).

✅ Minimum 4 years of experience in banking operations, transactional services, foreign trade, treasury, or related areas.

✅ Experience leading teams and managing high-impact operational processes.
