Sales and Design Consultant

We are looking for a Sales and Design Consultant to join our team and handle customer service, sales execution, processing orders and invoices, as well as providing color and design consultancy.

This position is suitable for a responsible, proactive, and fast learner who is interested in the field of paints, colors, interior, and design, loves working with people, and wants to grow in the fields of sales and design.

The employee will closely collaborate with the sales team, warehouse, and accounting to ensure the entire order process, from identifying customer needs to the completion of sales and documentation.

Serve customers, execute sales, and provide professional consultancy.

Assist in the selection of colors, paints, and design solutions.

Process orders, invoices, and necessary documentation.

Collaborate with accounting, warehouse, and suppliers.

Monitor product availability, store order, and sales indicators.

Support social media (SMM) activities, including the presentation of products, news, and promotions.

Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

Follow industry trends and new products.

Ensure high-quality customer service and contribute to building long-term relationships.

Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of paint products, color theory, and design principles.

Management experience is desirable, preferably in the retail sector, ideally in the field of paints or home decor.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to customer inquiries with a professional approach.

Leadership qualities: the ability to motivate and effectively manage a team. Sense of responsibility.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to use accounting and sales software.

Research skills for market analysis, studying customer preferences, and discovering new trends.

Basic social media skills (SMM) to strengthen brand presence, organize promotions, and increase customer engagement.

Knowledge of the English language.

Work experience in sales, retail, paints, construction materials, interior, or design is desirable, but not mandatory.
