KOL/KOC Booking Intern
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in finding and selecting suitable KOLs/KOCs for campaigns.
- Support outreach and basic coordination during the booking process.
- Help follow up with creators to ensure content is submitted on time and meets basic guidelines.
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and updating campaign information for the team.
- Help maintain the KOL/KOC database and support creator community activities.
- Assist in keeping communication and relationships with creators.
- Research beauty KOL trends and competitor activities.
- Provide simple summaries to support the team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Final year in University student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 3 - 6 months experience in KOL booking, influencer marketing, or e-commerce affiliate management (beauty industry is a plus).
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Good English communications & writing
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Good communication skills and willingness to interact with creators.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks with guidance.
- Willingness to learn and support the team in daily operations.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work at least 3–5 days per week.

WORKING HOUR & LOCATION:
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday at 9AM - 6PM and Saturday at 8:30AM - 12:30PM (WFH)
- Location: Colorkey VN Building, 39/5 Tran Nhat Duat, Ward Tan Dinh, HCMC
