You know how a good warehouse should run. Now it is time to help build one.

Do you want to help build a completely new production location? At Colorcon, you will get the chance to work from the start on the new facility in Almere. You will work in a modern warehouse with new systems and colleagues. Your experience will help to properly set up the logistics processes from day one.

As a Forklift and Reach Truck Driver, you ensure that raw materials and packaging materials are in the right place at the right time. In this way, you contribute to a safe and smooth production process. You receive goods, check if everything is complete, and store the materials safely. You ensure that production receives the correct materials on time and handle internal transport with the forklift and reach truck. You also prepare outgoing goods for shipment. You work with a Warehouse Management System (WMS). In this, you register all material movements. You perform stock counts, check the inventory, and ensure that materials are correctly labeled and stored. You work according to the applicable quality and safety guidelines, such as GMP. You carefully record your activities and report deviations or opportunities for improvement.

During the startup phase, you will work in day shifts. You start between 07:00 and 08:00 and finish between 15:00 and 16:00. As production is further expanded, you will transition to a two-shift system; this is presumably around the summer of 2027. In 2028, we hope to start with a three-shift system.

You work accurately, take responsibility, and love a well-organized warehouse.

In addition, you have:

• good command of the English language, both spoken and written
• experience with similar activities in a warehouse or logistics work environment
• preferably a valid forklift and/or reach truck certificate
