Markets Experience and Operations Executive

At Colombina S.A. we are looking for a Markets Experience and Operations Executive, who will be responsible for leading the operating and customer experience model of Colombina Markets, ensuring the productivity, efficiency, and standardization of the operation.

Profile

• Professional in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related careers.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, store chains or convenience stores, inventory and supply management, customer experience, and/or transformation projects.
• Knowledge in retail operation, productivity, customer experience, continuous improvement, and operational indicators.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (advanced).
• Proficiency in Power BI (intermediate-advanced).
• Experience in managing ERP systems, especially SIESA, and CRM, especially Salesforce.
• Intermediate English (B1-B2).
• Desirable postgraduate training in Operations Management, Retail Management, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Service Management, or Project Management.

What will you do?

• Lead initiatives to strengthen the customer experience and the operation of the store network.
• Drive transformation projects and the adoption of technological tools for the operation.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and the service level of the stores.
• Support the evolution and standardization of the channel's operational processes.
• Participate in projects related to the growth, opening, and scalability of the stores.
