Office Coordinator
A fast-growing independent property business is looking for an experienced Senior Office Coordinator & PA to join its team in Southwest London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, proactive individual who enjoys being at the heart of a busy business. You’ll work closely with the Company Director and wider team, helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while supporting the continued growth of the company.
The Role:
This is a varied position covering:
- Office management and day-to-day business operations
- PA support to the Company Director
- Recruitment, onboarding and people administration
- Supplier and systems management
- Marketing and general business support
- Improving processes and helping the business operate more efficiently
No two days will be quite the same, so this would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and is naturally good at keeping people, priorities and processes organised. Senior Office Coordinator & PA
About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience within office management, operations, PA/EA or senior administration
- Is exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
- Is proactive, confident and comfortable taking ownership
- Can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Is professional, personable and a strong communicator
- Enjoys improving systems and finding better ways of doing things
You’ll receive a £35,000 basic salary, 23 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, company events and incentives, and genuine opportunities to progress as the business continues to grow.
