Associate Director

We are delighted to be working with a leading property consultancy to find them an experienced and ambitious Associate Director for their successful Sevenoaks office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong estate agent with excellent local knowledge to drive new business, secure instructions and generate revenue across the Sevenoaks market.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Achieving individual and team sales targets
• Securing new instructions and developing client relationships
• Leading pitches and winning new business
• Managing negotiations and progressing sales through to completion
• Providing expert advice and exceptional customer service
• Maintaining strong local and professional networks
• Supporting the Head of Office with revenue and profitability

As Associate Director you will receive:

• £40,000 Basic
• £70,000 OTE
• Company car allowance

Experience & skills you’ll need:

• Proven track record in residential sales
• Strong knowledge of Sevenoaks and the surrounding area
• Experience securing instructions and converting appraisals
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong client relationship and business development abilities
• Good knowledge of the residential sales process
• Full UK driving license
