Mission Details

• Supervise and plan the activity of the Logistics department: manage, plan, delegate, recruit, and develop skills.
• Optimize the material and human resources of the Logistics department with your management team using continuous improvement methods, drive performance, and define and deploy associated action plans.
• Supervise and monitor compliance with management and traceability procedures for incoming and outgoing flows, as well as import/export regulatory compliance requirements.
• Manage relations with transport providers: monitoring performance and service quality, invoicing, administrative and customs obligations; and handling disputes.
• Organize and validate the mandatory periodic inventories of spare parts stock and the stock of equipment made available on site.
• Supervise the entry of administrative files for international goods shipment, and the obtaining of import/export authorizations and licenses.
• Coordinate external and internal audits.

Profile Sought Holder of a Master's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics or a graduate of an engineering school, you have solid confirmed experience in logistics management, ideally in the aeronautical or industrial sector. You master flow organization, planning and stock optimization, as well as ERP tools. A natural leader, you know how to unite your teams, drive performance, and lead continuous improvement processes. Your strategic vision, communication skills, and ability to ensure compliance with quality standards and deadlines are essential to succeed in this role. Fluency in English is indispensable.
