Opportunities are available across our Industrial & Logistics, Office Leasing, and Investment Services divisions. You'll be part of a collaborative and market-leading business, working alongside respected industry professionals and leveraging industry-leading platforms, resources and national relationships to accelerate your success. What You'll Do Build and strengthen relationships with property owners, investors, occupiers and developers. Identify, secure and manage new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling marketing submissions and client presentations. Develop and execute strategic sales and leasing campaigns. Negotiate successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders. Contribute to the continued growth and success of your team and the broader Colliers business. Achieve individual and team revenue targets.

About You Minimum 2 years' experience within a commercial real estate agency environment. Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate or Licence. Proven success in commercial sales and/or leasing in the Gold Coast market. Established professional network and a proactive approach to business development. Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship management skills. Results-driven with a strong work ethic and collaborative mindset. Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
