UI/UX Designer - Senior - Freelance (M/F)

CONTEXT

Digital innovation hub of a large group (+600 talents) Team: E-commerce App Team, dedicated to the mobile booking application Work environment: Agile methods, working within a multidisciplinary squad (1 PM, 2 POs, 2 tech leads, 8 developers, 2 QA) and a design community of about forty people

MISSIONS

• Formalize the APP Design elements of the product strategy
• Translate the design vision and understand the product brief / roadmap to challenge the issues
• Ensure consistency of features, journeys, and interfaces with counterparts (app, website)

Discovery: Designing the best experiences

• Organize discovery with POs and formalize user knowledge into suitable deliverables
• Conduct user research (data, field research, questionnaires) in collaboration with UX Research
• Design with all stakeholders (users, PM, PO, Dev) within the sprint timelines

Delivery: Supporting qualitative delivery

• Produce UX deliverables (user journeys, prototypes) and UI (high-fidelity mockups, flows, error cases)
• Guarantee UI quality, accessibility, and OS specificities (native components, devices, tablet)
• Integrate the Design System for homogeneity
• Support developers during implementation and validation during QA

Monitoring and continuous improvement

• Communicate with peers and stakeholders; iterate based on feedback
• Identify key missing needs (e.g., UX writing)
• Maintain and evolve the Design System
• Benchmark best practices in the field

DELIVERABLE

• HD Mockup / Prototype

1. Graduate of a Grande École (Engineering/Business) or specialized Master's in Design
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role combining expertise in Product Design, ideally in a B2C Consumer and e-commerce context
3. Mastery of Product Design methods, user research, and mobile OS guidelines (iOS & Android)
4. Good level of craft
5. Rigor, organization, empathy, active listening, pedagogy, and excellent communication skills
6. Professional English is imperative (presentations to be conducted in English)
7. Knowledge of OS - Confirmed - Imperative
8. AI - Junior - Important
