Your tasks

You will join the Documentation team to produce and evolve all product content: technical documentation, localized help center, UX writing, and partner communications.

  • Write and maintain documentation in a docs-as-code workflow (Git, Markdown/MDX).
  • Migrate help center articles (Zendesk/CMS) to versioned repos, with peer review.
  • Write user guides, help articles, and UI copy for features of intermediate complexity.
  • Use AI tools to increase efficiency, while ensuring content is accurate, clear, and human.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, CX, and Implementation teams.
  • Manage the lifecycle of your content, from writing to publication, and then track its performance via dashboards.
  • Propose improvements to documentation processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in technical writing.
  • Mastery of Git and Markdown/MDX, with real experience in docs-as-code.
  • Experience migrating content between frameworks is a major plus (Docusaurus, Mintlify, GitBook, Zendesk.).
  • Excellent writing skills: you know how to self-edit and proofread others' work.
  • Ability to understand and simplify technical subjects (API, payments, banking).
  • Good accessibility and localization practices.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Autonomous, fast, and comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel.
