Your tasks
We are looking for a senior consultant to work in an international environment and technically lead N2/N3 Workplace support.
- Handle complex Workplace incidents.
- Act as the technical referent for support teams.
- Support the skill development of N2 (Shift Left).
- Coordinate systems, networks, and managed services teams.
- Improve support processes and SLA compliance.
- Lead Problem Management and recurring incidents.
- Provide proximity support to VIP users.
Requirements
- Expertise in N2/N3 Workplace Support.
- Windows environment and systems administration.
- PowerShell and messaging.
- Good network culture.
- Incident management and ITIL processes.
- Fluent English is essential.
Senior consultant, autonomous, operational, possessing technical leadership and an excellent sense of service, capable of evolving in an international context.
