Tech lead Kafka + Java - Freelance (M/F)

Daily Rate (TJM): 380€

Must Have:

• Excellent communication
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and RabbitMQ

• Architect microservices and event-driven solutions
• Process, aggregate, and transform data using Data-oriented tools

• Good level of English expected (permanent contact with English-speaking teams)

Nice to Have:

• Analyze situations and propose suitable solutions while identifying areas for improvement
• Manage relational and document-oriented databases

• Apply DevOps principles, notably CI/CD
• Use versioning with Git

• Integrate craftsmanship principles and best practices such as SOLID, YAGNI, and test coverage with Sonar
• Regular use of Generative AI tools

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of product quality and development practices
• Participate in all phases of the software lifecycle, from design to production and run

• Ensure the maintenance and evolution of existing applications
• Adopt agile methods, notably Scrum

Profile sought:

• Tech Lead Kafka + Java
• Master's degree (engineering school or university) oriented towards computer science, or equivalent experience.

• 7+ years of experience in Java Back-End Development / Data Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• English mandatory

• Experience in the retail / mass distribution sector would be an advantage.
