Tech Lead Java / Spring Boot - Freelance - Freelance (M/F)

As part of a long-term mission within a large international group, we are looking for a Tech Lead Java / Spring Boot to join a team working on a global digital platform with very high volume.

Main missions:

Define technical directions and make architectural decisions.

*

Design scalable, resilient, and highly available microservices and APIs.

*

Guarantee code quality: DDD, TDD, testing, and code reviews.

*

Support and help the team's developers progress.

*

Participate in deployments, observability, and incident management.

*

Contribute to the DevSecOps industrialization of the platform.

Participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation, approximately one week every 3 to 6 weeks.

Profile sought:

*

More than 5 years of experience in software engineering.

*

Expertise in Java 21+ and Spring Boot.

*

Solid experience in microservices and event-driven architectures.

*

Good mastery of Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, and Docker.

*

Appreciated experience with GCP, Terraform, GitOps, and GitHub Actions.

*

Technical leadership, mentoring ability, and comfort in an international environment.

*

Professional English required.

*

Experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, or high-volume platforms is a real plus.
