Tech Lead Java Senior Fullstack (M/F), Neuilly-sur-Seine - Freelance

Our client, a recognized player, is looking for a Senior Tech Lead Java to lead the technical aspects of a strategic application solution within their Information Systems Department.

Your role

• Guarantee best practices and code quality (merge request reviews, CI adaptation)
• Design application solutions and implement stories
• Assist POs in requirement qualification and macro-estimations
• Supervise and control the work of an offshore team (India) of approximately 6 developers
• Monitor application exploitability (monitoring, dashboards) with POs and Ops
• Technically animate teams (e.g., Lunch & Learn) with the architect and other tech leads
• Participate in developer recruitment

• Neuilly-sur-Seine, 4 days on-site / 1 day remote
• Start ASAP
• Mission duration 3 months - renewable every month.
• TJM: depending on profile

Your profile

• Significant experience as a Java tech lead, with a true sense of design
• Perfect mastery of Java/Spring (JPA, REST), good level in SQL, Vue.js appreciated
• Mastery of AI tools
• Experience with quality and CI tools (Jenkins, SonarQube)
• Fluent English, written and oral
• Comfortable with agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban, Jira)
• Autonomy, leadership, sense of compromise with architects and other tech leads

Technical environment Java 17, Spring, Hibernate/JPA, REST/SOAP, Vue.js/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Kafka, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, Jenkins, SonarQube, ELK
