Daily Rate (TJM): 500 I am looking for a Java Tech Lead who still codes, who loves helping a team progress, and who is comfortable managing offshore developers in India.
The context The IT department of a large group is strengthening one of its application programs. You will work alongside the solution architect and other Tech Leads, and you will supervise a team of approximately 5 offshore developers.
Your role
- Guarantee quality: best practices, merge request reviews, CI evolution
- Support POs: requirement qualification, macro-estimations, detailed design
- Monitor the run: monitoring, dashboards, link with ops and integrators
- Code stories and animate the technical community (Lunch & Learn)
- Participate in developer recruitment
Profile
- Real experience as a Tech Lead Java / Spring, with solution design capability
- Autonomy in front-end, ideally on Vue.js
- Fluent English, both spoken and written (mandatory)
- Concrete practice of AI tools in development
- Having already worked with an offshore team: a big plus
- A plus: Kafka, AWS, high data volume, APM, collaboration with an offshore team
